Turnkey production solutions – now for roof drainage parts

AP&T continues to roll out more concepts for turnkey production lines – now with one for the production of pre-painted roof drainage parts. This gives AP&T customers better opportunities to establish production near the end customer.

AP&T's turnkey production solutions can be used in the production of all standard sizes of  down pipe bends,  outlet pipes, gutter outlets and gutter angles. The concept combines a high level of material exchange with a high level of availability. The intention is to give the company's customers the ability to quickly and easily begin manufacturing and competing in a market practically anywhere in the world.

“Decades of experience in developing production solutions for these products are incorporated into this concept. This gives our customers an extremely simple and reliable way to establish production near the end customers,” says AP&T's Global Sales and Service Manager, Per Josefsson.

A typical production solution for roof drainage parts involves blank feeding with cutting, press feeding, hydraulic press, press tools and outfeed along with folding, bending and rolling. But, the customer is not locked to a solution or a degree of automation. The production solution can be delivered as a fully automated line or as machines adapted for later automation.
