Unloading and Stacking

The stacking station has 2 dual magazines for part stack pallets or boxes. The operator can unload the magazines during production. After resetting the safety barrier, the two Gantry SpeedFeeders begin to stack formed parts from the intermediate station into the boxes. The SpeedFeeders have 4-axes, which allow them to stack the parts in any direction. The SpeedFeeders change magazines automatically when one box is full.
