Press unloading

After pressing, the SpeedFeeder goes in and picks the finished part. The SpeedFeeder then moves forward and deposits the scrap metal that was separated from the part while at the same time depositing a new blank in the tool. The scrap metal is deposited on a conveyor on the front of the press. The conveyor is mounted on a safety cage that can be easily removed for tool changes and manual operation.
The SpeedFeeder then takes the parts out and deposits them in an intermediate station for further robot handling.
