Servo presses, transfer automation, material loading, and line control – all engineered and manufactured in-house to work as one precision system. Whether it is a complete new production line, automation for a new mechanical or hydraulic press, or a retrofit, rebuild, or upgrade of an older installation, our solutions are built to deliver consistent, high-quality output from the first stroke.
More than 60 years of engineering presses, automation, and tooling, along with understanding how they perform together under real production conditions – that is what allows us to take full responsibility for the result. Every piece of equipment is designed for highest output, lowest energy consumption, and highest uptime, ensuring the best possible total cost of ownership and a safe and reliable production over the entire lifetime of the line.
When press and automation are developed under the same roof, every detail can be matched from the start. Table size, stroke length, daylight, and transfer motion are all calibrated to your tool setup and production requirements – not compromised after the fact. We work closely with you through the entire project to make sure the line performs as specified.
A low total cost of ownership is the sum of many things done right. Cycle time is optimized through precisely synchronized press and transfer motion, with handshake communication between machines keeping every stroke in sequence. Availability is maintained through carefully matched grippers, in-house tooling expertise, and structured process maintenance. Predictive maintenance through a service agreement adds further reliability.
Transfer lines evolve with your production. New tools are introduced, volumes change, and requirements shift over time. Many of our customers start with one line and come back for additional capacity, retrofits, or automation upgrades to existing presses – including presses from other manufacturers. That kind of ongoing relationship means we already know the line, the layout, and the conditions on your shop floor when the next project starts.
The product range covers a broad set of configurations: servo presses, through-the-window and front-back transfers in several sizes, coil lines, destackers, and end-of-line solutions including conveyors, stackers, and robot cells. Each configuration is tailored to your specific speed, load, and layout requirements.
All machines connect to a central line control unit. Safety, synchronization, and line functions are managed from a single panel – giving the operator full oversight of the entire line as if it were one machine. A common HMI and synoptic display provide a clear, real-time picture of every station.
Transfer sequences are precisely programmable, with flexible use of all stations on the transfer beams. Quick Die Access and programmable gripper change positions keep changeover times to a minimum and make the line efficient to operate shift after shift.
The servo press delivers full force throughout the entire stroke – not only at bottom dead centre. This often allows a more compact press for the same application, reducing both the capital investment and the die cost. Lower die loads also translate to less tool wear and lower maintenance cost over the lifetime of the tooling.
