Our conventional hydraulic system is designed with a highly modular and configurable architecture, suitable for a wide range of applications. Standardized modules ensure consistent performance while simplifying maintenance and service.

Pump configurations are optimized according to unit size and can be equipped with pumps mounted inside the tank or dry-mounted. Energy efficiency is enhanced through the PQ system, which optimizes energy consumption by utilizing a slide-only function. The LS system increases versatility by enabling a single pump to manage multiple cylinder functions.

Further improvements in efficiency and operational comfort are achieved through compatibility with speed-controlled motors, reducing both energy usage and noise levels for certain applications.

The press can be equipped with a wide range of die handling systems such as tool lifters, die clamping, tool consoles, tool trolleys, and moving bolsters to support fast and efficient die change. For tools with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical functions, various types of autodocking systems are also available to further reduce changeover time.
