Energy / HVAC

The energy and HVAC industry is in the middle of a significant shift. Heat pumps and electric systems are replacing fossil fuel solutions at a growing pace. Regulations on refrigerants, energy efficiency, and CO₂ performance are getting stricter, driving continuous product development. At the same time, increasing digitalization and growing product complexity put pressure on manufacturers to raise productivity and bring down cost per part.

The challenge

Flexibility at volume

Manufacturers in this sector produce a wide variety of stamped components, and the number of product variants and design changes keeps growing. Combining that variety with the output and consistency of high-volume production is a real challenge, especially as requirements for energy efficiency and digitalization add further complexity to both product and process.

Modularity

A modular equipment platform keeps the production system robust and well-structured even as product requirements change. Standardized building blocks mean lower complexity, shorter lead times, and more efficient service, while still allowing each line to be configured for your specific needs.

Flexibility

Products evolve, volumes shift, and new variants are introduced on short notice. Presses and automation need to support fast adaptation to different parts, materials, and batch sizes without requiring a fundamental redesign of the line.

Our solution

Standardized and flexible production lines

Our production lines for the Energy & HVAC sector are built on proven, modular equipment that combines standardization with the flexibility to handle different components and volumes. Whether the application is heat exchanger plates, air duct parts, or other energy-related components, the line is configured for efficient material use, short cycle times, and reliable long-term performance.

Heat exchanger plates

We provide complete production lines for both brazed and gasketed heat exchangers, with standardized equipment including coil line, gripper feeder robot, transfer, press, tooling and stacker. The focus is on high output, low production cost, and low climate impact, to give you as our customer peace of mind.

Air duct production

Complete turnkey production lines for a wide range of air duct components: saddles, branches, bends, reducers, end caps, and more. The systems are standardized yet adaptable, covering most part sizes and complying with both EU and US standards. Everything from tools, presses, and automation to fully integrated lines is included.

Optimized output

Our production lines are optimized for high output, efficiency, and flexibility. Cycle time and changeover time are continuously improved through development of the interaction between press and automation, so the line keeps performing as your products and volumes evolve.
